With your security in mind we will treat data provided with the most up-most care and duty to ensure your information is stored securely. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and physically.
Controlling your personal date
Your personal data will not be used or shared with any other third party organisations, companies or websites for marketing or any other purposes. Your personal data will only ever be shared with Creature Comforts Home Pet Sitters Ltd (South Oxon Pet Services sister company), Pet Sitter Plus, Veterinarians or Professional Groomers if needed for your pet’s welfare.

Access to the personal data we hold about you
The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete for example, when you withdraw consent for us to walk / home board or pet visit, that we have no legitimate overriding interest in, or once the purpose for which we hold the data has come to an end (such as moving out of area, cancelling services or deceased pet).
Retention of data
Once you are no longer a client of South Oxon Pet Services we will securely retain your data for 2 years as per area Councils licensing legislation unless otherwise requested.
